As a member of Palana, you will join a dynamic and fast-growing advisory firm delivering high-quality regulatory and operational services to ManCos, AIFMs, Investment Firms, Banks, Asset Servicers, PSF and other entities under CSSF and AED supervision. You will work closely with senior executives (RCs, Compliance Officers, Conducting Officers, Boards) to help them navigate increasingly complex AML/CFT requirements and supervisory expectations in Luxembourg.

This includes assessing onboarding processes, transaction monitoring, name screening, suspicious activity reporting workflows, and the governance around the RC/RR.

You will also contribute to Palana’s internal expertise by drafting methodology notes, preparing training content, supporting business development, and helping shape our AML service offering. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will supervise junior consultants, guide them through complex tasks, and ensure high-quality client deliverables.

Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete, operational solutions. You will operate within an entrepreneurial, collaborative and client-facing environment, enjoying autonomy, varied assignments, and direct exposure to decision-makers.
