As an Analyst, you will join a small, high-performing team where your contribution is visible from day one. You will work alongside experienced practitioners on real client engagements — helping financial institutions navigate complex AML/CTF obligations, regulatory frameworks and ongoing compliance requirements across a variety of fund structures and asset classes.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature as you will be involved within a start-up advisory business where everything is possible, whilst servicing the most reputable clients on technical and complex AML/CTF matters or on the latest regulations.

Responsibilities
- Qualify client needs and contribute to designing tailored compliance solutions
- Support AML/CTF client projects including policy definition, risk-based approach design and due diligence on delegates
- Analyse client regulatory compliance against applicable frameworks (CSSF, FATF, AMLD) and assist in client file ongoing due diligence reviews
- Conduct OSINT (open-source intelligence) research in support of investigations and assessments
- Draft clear, structured written reports and deliverables for clients; maintain accurate and well-organised client documentation
- Monitor regulatory developments, flag relevant changes to the team and actively participate in knowledge sharing initiatives
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher (law, finance, economics, compliance or related field)
- Perfect fluency in English, good command of French or German as a strong advantage
- 0 to 2 years of experience in similar role or a strong academic focus on the field
- Proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player — "get it done" mindset with attention to detail
- Genuine interest in financial regulation, AML/CTF frameworks or the investment fund industry
- Right to work in Luxembourg (EU/EEA national or valid work permit)
Nice to have
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Tools
- Additional languages
- Understanding of the Investment Fund or Private Banking sectors dynamics and products
- Familiarity with AML/KYC processes or regulatory frameworks (CSSF, FATF, AMLD)
- Strong analytical skills
