As an Associate at Palana, you will join a fast-growing advisory firm focused on delivering high-quality services to Asset & Wealth Managers and Asset Servicers across diverse asset classes. Your primary role will be to support market leaders and clients with AML/CTF regulatory compliance, including assisting RCs and Heads of Compliance in daily operations. 

The position offers both a rigorous and innovative environment where you’ll tackle complex regulatory challenges while helping clients navigate an evolving European financial landscape. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving, creative thinking, and a strong drive to learn and deliver. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join our Data and AI team. This role is primarily operational and business-oriented, focusing on the management, quality, and usability of data received from clients and third-party providers. You will play a key role in ensuring that data supporting our services to investment funds is accurate, complete, timely, and fit for regulatory and operational reporting.

This position sits at the intersection of data operations and regulatory reporting. The emphasis of the role is on operating, monitoring, and improving data flows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and strengthening the data processes that support our asset management clients.
