Fund Distribution - Associate/Senior Associate

Bertrange, Luxembourg

Palana is a regulatory and compliance consulting firm based in Luxembourg, specialising in the investment fund industry and broader financial services sector. We support leading asset managers, fund administrators and financial institutions across a wide range of asset classes.

As a Senior Associate within our RC Services team, you will support investment fund managers in meeting their AML/CTF and regulatory compliance obligations. Working closely with Responsible Conducting Officers (RCs) and senior stakeholders, you will contribute to the oversight of delegated activities, regulatory compliance monitoring and day-to-day governance matters.

This role offers direct exposure to client-facing responsibilities, regulatory developments and the operational realities of Luxembourg-regulated entities. You will work alongside experienced professionals while developing expertise across AML/CTF, compliance and governance frameworks.

You will join a collaborative team where expertise is shared openly, initiative is encouraged and professional development is a priority.

Where your work actually matters

Your mandates are genuinely yours from day one. You will take ownership of files rather than simply shadowing senior colleagues, with responsibility for moving them forward and resolving issues directly.

You will gain direct exposure to leading asset managers and to complex, multi-jurisdictional fund structures where no two files are exactly the same.

The role keeps regulatory judgement, operational delivery and the client relationship together on the same file, while providing a clear path towards broader senior and managerial responsibilities within Fund Distribution Services.
