As a Fund Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will support leading financial institutions in meeting their regulatory reporting obligations. You will contribute to the preparation, review and delivery of fund reporting disclosures, institutional data templates and regulatory documentation while working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature as you will be involved within a start-up advisory business where everything is possible, whilst servicing the most reputable clients on technical and complex AML/CTF matters or on the latest regulations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and deliver fund regulatory reporting disclosures, including Prospectuses, PRIIPs and UCITS KI(I)Ds
- Produce and validate institutional data templates such as EPT, EMT and related reporting files
- Support ESG-related reporting deliverables and regulatory disclosures where required
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes

Support the implementation of new reporting requirements, methodologies and best practices
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
- Experience or strong interest in fund reporting, regulatory reporting or compliance
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Perfect fluency in English

Right to work in Luxembourg (EU/EEA national or valid work permit)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PRIIPs, UCITS, EPT, EMT or similar reporting frameworks
- Good command of French or German is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial regulatory environment
- Interest in technology-enabled reporting solutions and process automation
