As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Fund Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about investment funds, regulations, and delivering top-quality reporting, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-evolving financial landscape.


You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients comply with the ever-evolving regulatory environment. As a key member of the reporting team, you will:

  • Oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of fund regulatory reports (including Prospectuses, PRIIPs, UCITS KI(I)Ds).
  • Produce and validate institutional data templates such as EPT, EMT, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Support the integration of new reporting frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities​

  • Preparation, review, and delivery of fund regulatory reports (Prospectus, PRIIPs, UCITS KIIDs)
  • Production and validation of institutional data templates (EPT, EMT and others)
  • Collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables
  • Support the integration of new reporting frameworks and best practices

Mus​t Have

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (French or German is a plus)
  • Experience (or strong interest) in fund reporting, compliance, or regulatory analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Valid work permit for Luxembourg

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PRIIPs, UCITS, EPT, EMT is a strong plus
  • Any other European language (French or German)
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg Finance regulatory framework (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, CSSF Circulars, etc.)
  • Technology savviness
