PRIIPS/MIFID Reporting - Senior Associate

As a member of the Palana Team, you will be part of a new, dynamic and fast growing company which focuses on delivering high quality advice and services to Asset & Wealth Managers and Asset Servicers. We cover the various asset classes across vanilla, private equity, real estate and infrastructure products.


You are an expert in the PRIIPS and MiFID regulatory computation requirements.


You will support the market leaders within their field, support them in meeting regulatory obligations under PRIIPS/ MIFID. You will analyze their product data, manage data input into our computation platform, design and set-up the operating model with various clients. You will own the process of computing the Ongoing Costs, Transaction Costs and Risk & Performance. You ensure a timely and accurate monthly reporting and will assist in defining the oversight control frameworks and continuous development of our systems. 


This position is both creative and rigorous by nature as you will be involved within a start-up advisory business where everything is possible, whilst servicing the most reputed clients on technical and complex regulatory matters. You need to think outside the box, to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid problem solving skills and a large learning appetite.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction Cost computation under PRIIPS & MIFID
  • Ongoing Cost computation under PRIIPS & MIFID
  • Data analysis

  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Good knowledge of MS Office solutions, especially Excel
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • 3 years of experience in either Fund Accounting or similar responsibilities as required for this position
  • Pro-active and strong team player
  • Client oriented
  • Technology savviness 

Nice to have

  • Additional languages (French, German, other)
