As a Manager within our RC Services team, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients on AML/CTF, compliance and governance matters. You will oversee client engagements, support regulated entities in meeting their regulatory obligations and contribute to the development of robust governance and oversight frameworks.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead client relationships, supervise delivery teams and help clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

Responsibilities
- Act as a designated RC or support RC mandates for regulated entities across a portfolio of clients
- Lead AML/CTF and compliance oversight activities, including risk assessments, monitoring programmes and governance reviews, in line with CSSF and AED requirements
- Oversee due diligence and delegated oversight activities involving investors, service providers and other key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on regulatory, compliance and operational matters
- Manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective stakeholder coordination

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the RC Services practice
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Law or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in AML/CTF, Compliance, Fund Governance or a related field, including prior RC or advisory experience
- Expert knowledge of the Luxembourg AML/CTF and regulatory framework (AML Law, CSSF Circulars, AED guidance, FATF recommendations, EU Directives, etc.)
- House of Training RC Capacity certificate held; ACOI/ICA/ACAMS held; additional specialisations (e.g. CAMS-Audit, ALCO) valued
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg Asset Management industry and its AML/CFT specificities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
