As a Manager or Senior Manager within our Compliance Advisory practice, you will work directly with industry leaders on complex regulatory and compliance challenges. You will help clients design and strengthen compliance frameworks, governance arrangements and oversight mechanisms, while providing practical guidance on evolving regulatory requirements impacting the Luxembourg and European financial markets.
This is a role for professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise, problem solving and client interaction. You will lead engagements, manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions on matters ranging from regulatory change and compliance monitoring to governance reviews and control framework enhancements.

Responsibilities
- Support regulatory health checks, mock inspections and impact assessments to help clients prepare for evolving regulations (AIFMD, RIS, DORA and others)
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating compliance policies, procedures and governance documentation
- Contribute to the design and execution of Control Monitoring Plans (CMPs) and oversight frameworks
- Monitor regulatory developments and support regulatory watch activities to keep clients informed of upcoming changes
- Support compliance advisory assignments, prepare client deliverables and contribute to training materials and project coordination

Collaborate with colleagues across the team while continuously developing your regulatory expertise and client-facing skills
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services, compliance or consulting
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework (UCITS, AIFMD, CSSF Circulars and related regulations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
Nice to have
- Knowledge of regulatory initiatives such as DORA, RIS or other evolving EU financial regulations
- Experience with project management methodologies or tools
- Interest in digital solutions and Artificial Intelligence to improve regulatory processes
- French and/or German language skills
