We advise leading asset managers, fund administrators and private banking institutions on AML/CTF, regulatory compliance and related matters.
As a Trainee, you will join a high-performing team where you will contribute from day one while building your foundations. You will work alongside experienced practitioners on real client engagements, supporting financial institutions in navigating regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements and operational challenges across various asset classes and structures.

Responsibilities
- Support client engagements across regulatory, compliance and operational topics
- Help prepare client deliverables (presentations, reports, analyses)
- Contribute to the review and drafting of reports, policies, procedures and control frameworks
- Use digital and AI tools to support research, analysis and delivery
- Actively learn the industry and contribute to team knowledge initiatives
Must Have
- Bachelor or Master Degree (ongoing) or Higher in Law, Economics or Business.
- Structured, rigorous and genuinely curious mindset
- Fluency in English, good command of French or German as a strong advantage
- Strong motivation to learn and grow
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
Nice to have
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Tools
- Additional languages
- First exposure to compliance, AML/CTF, risk or regulatory topics
- Technology savviness
