As an ESG Regulatory Reporting Trainee / Intern, you will support the delivery of ESG reporting solutions for leading financial institutions while developing expertise in sustainability regulations, financial markets and regulatory compliance. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment where learning and professional development are encouraged.

 You need to think outside the box, to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid problem solving skills and a large learning appetite.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of ESG regulatory disclosures and reporting deliverables (SFDR, TCFD, SDR, EET)
  • Assist in analysing regulatory developments and assessing their impact on reporting requirements
  • Review and validate ESG-related data to support accurate and timely reporting
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of regulatory and fund documentation
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on ESG reporting project
  • Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and methodologies

Must Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Law, Economics, Business or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong willingness to learn and interest in sustainability and financial regulation
  • Proactive, collaborative and organised mindset
  • Valid right to work in Luxembourg

Nice to have

  • French, German or another European language
  • Knowledge of ESG-related regulations (SFDR, TCFD, SDR or similar frameworks)
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg financial regulatory environment
  • Interest in technology, data analysis and reporting solutions
  • Project management exposure or academic experience
