Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality advice and solutions to financial services clients
- Design and implement AML/CTF and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Analyse client needs and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Advise clients on regulatory reporting obligations and processes
- Support technology implementation projects in a compliance context
- Monitor regulatory change and contribute to internal expertise
Must Have
- Bachelor or Master Degree in law, finance, economics, IT or related field
- Experience in financial services, consulting or regulatory environment
- Sharp analytical mind and rigorous attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn and apply new tools
- Perfect written English and communication as well as presentation skills
- Autonomous, curious and collaborative by nature
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry and regulatory ecosystem
- Experience with EMIR, MiFIR, FATCA, CRS or similar
- Familiarity with RegTech, compliance platforms or reporting tools
- French or German language skills
- Project management skills
- Hands-on experience with AI or data analytics tools
