and banking industry and the wider financial services sector. We serve asset
managers, fund administrators and financial institutions.
We are looking for an IT Security and Operations Manager to take ownership of our corporate Microsoft 365 and Azure environment and to keep it secure. You will run our tenant end to end, from identity and devices to data protection and email security, lead our IT helpdesk, and act as our technical authority on Microsoft 365. Our clients are regulated financial institutions and examine our security closely: the controls you operate are part of what we deliver to them.
You will report to the CIO and the CISO. A structured security programme is already in place, so you will take it forward rather than start from a blank page.

Responsibilities
- Administer our Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscriptions: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender and Purview
- Run identity and access management: Conditional Access, multifactor authentication, privileged access, joiners, movers and leavers, and periodic access reviews
- Manage our Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices through Intune
- Monitor, triage and respond to security alerts and incidents, and keep improving our security posture
- Operate and monitor data protection in Purview: sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, retention and audit
- Lead the IT helpdesk, set service levels and keep our procedures and knowledge base current
- Deliver change with discipline: design, pilot, validate, roll out and document
- Support our SOC 2 audit and answer client IT security and business continuity due diligence

Automate administration and
reporting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least six years' experience in IT operations or IT security, including at least three years administering a Microsoft 365 tenant end to end
- Hands-on expertise in Entra ID and Conditional Access, Intune, Defender XDR, Purview and Exchange Online
- Working knowledge of Azure administration
- Scripting in PowerShell and use of Microsoft Graph
- Experience leading a helpdesk or IT support team
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
Nice to have
- French and/or German
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, SC-200, SC-401, MD-102, AZ-104 or SC-500
- CISSP, CISM or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
- Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of DORA, NIS2, CSSF outsourcing requirements and GDPR
- Experience of SOC 2, ISAE 3402 or ISO/IEC 27001 audits
