As an Analyst within our RC Services team, you will support the delivery of AML/CTF, compliance and governance services to investment fund managers and other regulated entities. Working alongside Associates, Senior Associates, Assistant Managers and Responsible Conducting Officers (RCs), you will develop a solid understanding of Luxembourg's regulatory framework while gaining hands-on experience through client assignments and day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities
- Support the RC Services team in delivering AML/CTF, compliance and governance assignments for regulated entities
- Assist with investor, delegate and service provider due diligence, screening and KYA activities
- Help prepare and maintain compliance documentation, monitoring programmes and regulatory trackers
- Contribute to data collection, regulatory research and analysis to support client engagements

Participate in internal training and continuously develop knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CTF regulations and market practices
- Build strong working relationships within the team while progressively taking ownership of assigned tasks
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (ongoing or completed) in Finance, Business, Law or a related field
- Internship or first experience in AML/CTF, Compliance, Financial Services or a related environment
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Organised, proactive and collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Valid work permit for Luxembourg
Nice to have
- French and/or German language skills
- Additional European languages
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in Luxembourg financial regulation and willingness to pursue AML/CTF certifications
