As Associate within our RC Services team, you will support the team in delivering AML/CTF, compliance and governance services to investment fund managers and other regulated entities. You will work closely with Senior Associates, Assistant Managers and Responsible Conducting Officers (RCs), gaining hands-on exposure to the operational realities of Luxembourg-regulated entities while building a strong foundation in AML/CTF and compliance frameworks.
This role offers a structured introduction to client-facing responsibilities and regulatory developments, with a strong focus on learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Associates
and Assistant Managers in the day-to-day oversight of AML/CTF, compliance and
governance activities for regulated entities

Assist in performing
AML/CTF due diligence on investors, delegates and service providers

Contribute to screening,
adverse media reviews and KYA activities to support ongoing compliance
monitoring

Help maintain and update
compliance documentation, trackers and monitoring programmes

Participate actively in
internal training and develop a working knowledge of the Luxembourg AML/CTF
framework (AML Law, CSSF Circulars, AED guidance, FATF)

Build positive working
relationships within the team and across client engagements
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Law or a related field

0–2 years of experience in
AML/CTF, Compliance or a related field (internships included)

Strong attention to detail,
organisational skills and willingness to learn
- Good analytical skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
Nice to have
- French and/or German language skills
- Additional languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Willingness to pursue relevant training (e.g. House of Training AML/CTF foundation courses)
