Twelve standards. One deadline.
Where does your firm stand?
A self-assessment against the technical standards of the EU AML Package — the companion to our Summer of AMLR series. Answer one board-level question per standard; your map fills in as you go.
The EU AML Package
The European Union has rewritten its anti-money-laundering rules into a single package of three connected laws, all taking effect on 10 July 2027. Beneath those laws sit the detailed technical standards that decide what firms must actually do. This map lays them out by law and shows how far each standard has progressed. For the full picture, the dedicated LinkedIn briefing published by our Partner, Alice Lehnert, walks through the whole package with slides and explanations.
Readiness check
Answer one straightforward question for each published standard: whether the capability it requires is already in place, under way, or not yet started. As you go, the map above fills in to show at a glance where your firm is ready and where the gaps lie. It takes a few minutes and is a prompt for discussion, not a formal assessment.
The full series
This tool accompanies our Summer of AMLR series — twelve short briefings, one each Tuesday, each unpacking one part of the package. The links below open the briefings already published; the remaining dates show when the rest go live.
